Ethiopia Gedeo Yirgacheffe Kochere

Coffee cherries are laid out in thin layers and dried on raised beds for approx 15-21 days depending on weather.

Cupping Notes: Definitely the nicest dry process Ethiopia we have had this year. Extremely sweet, wonderful fruit forward coffee, juicy body, very well formulated blueberry notes forward, jammy, chocolate and tea like light citrus finish.
